The Dale Murphy MVP Experience makes you feel like an MVP as you spend the whole day up close and personal with Dale and the Global Leader Group. Gain access for you and your team to one of the best of all time, see the genuine, humble man he is and hear throughout this interactive day the lessons he’s learned on the field that will help you truly rise to big league leadership.

We offer two distinct experiences:

Focused on teams and leaders with messages of leadership, inspiration and motivation.
Focused on top performers and individuals with messages on success, resilience, inspiration and achievement.

Agenda:

Start the day with a private on the field tour of the stadium where Dale recounts experiences of his 20-year professional baseball career. Go behind the scenes to walk on home plate, visit the dugout and see the press box.
Afterwards, you and your team get a personal photo with Dale
Next is an autograph session where each member of your team gets to have two articles signed, followed by a lunch in Murph’s Restaurant located next to Truist Field.
Dale then shares lessons from his years in the big league with an intimate question and answer session.
Then head back over to the park to see the stadium, prepare for the big game, and (covid-dependent) be on the field during batting practice
Finally, watch the game in a private suite with dinner and snacks all included. Dale interacts with your whole team as you truly move from “Fan to Friend”.

And it doesn’t end there. The Global Leader Group team can assist you in holding an additional 1 or 2-day team offsite to grow your trust, learn skills to excel in leadership, address challenging questions, and help you move up to Big League Leadership. Each offsite is customized with your team objectives in mind.
