HR8 is an eight-month program to apply what top companies do and universities teach in Strategic HR and OD, focusing on the end-to-end people processes and Organizational Health.
Participants join a Mastermind Cohort with other leaders and attend two virtual training sessions per month, including one-year access to the HR8 digital courses. In addition, they get access to all the HR8 PowerPoint slides that can be used within their organizations to apply the material.
