LuAnne is a passionate leader who drives business growth through relationship development, talent alignment, and culture building, with a focus on consistently delivering positive results. LuAnne has a diversified executive leadership background that includes experience in multiple business and functional areas, infrastructure development, organizational effectiveness, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development.
Having a passion for customers, she ultimately returned to personal banking where she was responsible for developing affluent customer proposition strategies and driving growth through employee and customer-focused initiatives in the retail branch network, contact center, and digital channels. Selected to join the global Channels team, LuAnne oversaw staff technology tools and frontline experience for 100,000 staff across all channels and 67 countries where HSBC operates.
Starting her career in the Mortgage business, LuAnne held roles in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Quality. Having a passion for customers, she ultimately returned to personal banking where she was responsible for developing affluent customer proposition strategies and leading the retail bank branch network, driving growth through employee and customer-focused initiatives.
LuAnne believes in lifelong learning, holding both her undergraduate degree and MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, University of Virginia, is Six Sigma Quality Black Belt certified, and previously held Series 7 and 66 securities licensing. She has attended executive leadership courses in Switzerland, India, Hong Kong, London, and the U.S.
LuAnne is a Buffalo, New York native, and, with her husband Jeff, recently established their Tampa Bay Florida-area home. They have two daughters, Kelly and Lindsay, who are pursuing their personal and career dreams.
