While at GE, Adam played a key role in talent and culture related aspects of the Genworth Financial IPO. He also led HR and cultural integration for a newly formed technology joint venture between GE Healthcare and a non-profit healthcare provider.
As a consultant, Adam helps clients around the globe increase leadership effectiveness and strategic HR impact. He’s guided leaders through change initiatives and HR transformation. As Managing Director of Dave Ulrich’s consulting firm, he established and led the Middle East region, growing to more than 30% of global firm revenues.
