Jonathan has over 25 years of experience as a global senior leader in the Sales, Coaching, Retail and Banking sectors. He worked for 15 years at HSBC, living in seven countries: the USA, UK, Hong Kong, India, Qatar, Lebanon and Israel. His last role at HSBC was as Global Head of the Branch Network, responsible for 3,400 branches worldwide servicing 37 million customers and with 21 billion dollars in revenue. Immediately prior, as Global Head of Wealth Sales & Distribution he oversaw customer satisfaction targets of 94% and balances of 620 billion. He has worked at all levels in banking from a front-line sales agent to branch manager, area sales leader to country head and world-wide lead.

Considered an expert in all things Sales Management, Jonathan’s experience spans from design of team structures to day-to-day team management. While at HSBC, he designed and led the global incentive framework across all country markets. He was also tasked to build a culture of coaching moving beyond programming to organizational ethos. His work has the unique distinctive of combining tailor-made strategy with the ability to embed that strategy as part of the company DNA.

As a sought-after coach, Jonathan has trained thousands of leaders in over 18 countries, focusing on Leadership, Coaching, Sales Management, and Sales Skills. He is a skillful public speaker and facilitator of learning programs and team building experiences. His unique background enhances the learning message with relatable real-life connection points that serve as a bridge to lasting change. He differentiates himself as a coach not only by his expertise in customizing content to learner, but by his breadth of experience on both sides of the equation of training and performance management.

He is a native of Southern California and holds a BA in Middle Eastern Studies from Brigham Young University. He has been married for 23 years to his sweetheart Michelle and they are the parents of six children. Jonathan is passionate about music, sings with his family, loves to read and constantly learn new things. After 13 years overseas he now resides in Provo, Utah.

Elizabeth is a strategic financial services executive with experience that ranges from global leadership to local management in complex and challenging situations. Having over 20 years of comprehensive financial service experience, she uses a pragmatic approach to drive business outcomes and build teams across customer journeys, customer relationship management & analytics, sales management, incentives, and digital transformation. Elizabeth is a progressive thinker and has a passion to empower others while making businesses successful. She is known both for her bold creativity, thinking outside-the-box, as well as her ability to address issues with facts and data that brings heightened cross-functional collaboration.

In her role as Global Head of Customer Management and Servicing Tools for HSBC, she led the design and delivery of all CRM technology to support frontline productivity and customer service for 65,000 users. Much of her success has been achieved through her strong understanding of the User as she holds first-hand knowledge of being a financial advisor, Bank Branch Manager, and National Sales Leader in earlier parts of her career.

Prior to this, Elizabeth served as the Global Head of Wealth Customer Journeys for HSBC, being the global subject-matter expert and co-designer of the Customer Journey Framework leveraged by all the bank’s markets. Elizabeth has expertise in design thinking facilitation to support the build of technology and optimize business processes while improving the customer experience. She also has extensive experience in implementing multi-channel contact strategies. While at HSBC she completed more than 20 different journey programs across countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia covering Digital, Assisted Digital, and Advisory based selling inclusive of the full Customer Life Cycle. Elizabeth’s greatest commitment is to “make professionalism personal” as she drives results with excellence.

Elizabeth resides in the Toronto area with her husband Max of 13 years and their two sons. As a family, they are active in the community, particularly as advocates for education and benevolence. Elizabeth also devotes time to leading women’s networking groups and inspirational speaking.

Joe Nabrotzky, MBA, SHRM-SCP

Cassius F. Butts is a nationally known trusted advisor, executive, and serial entrepreneur. He has spent his career owning his own firm, leading and working for financial institutions or U. S. government agencies all throughout the past 25 years. Cassius has served as an official to four presidential administrations, leading efforts in the economics/finance, housing, and small business sectors. In 2019, he co-hosted the inaugural White House Opportunity Zone & Revitalization Council summit held in Atlanta. During his two-year assignment as an executive in residence at the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, the College achieved the #2 national ranking as “The Most Innovative College/University in 2018, according to U. S. News & World Reports. In 2017, Cassius helped raise over $2 billion for his client in the pursuit to acquire a professional sports team. He is also credited as the co-creator of the inaugural “Inside the Huddle” financial symposium held during Super Bowl week in Atlanta; a partnership between the U. S. Chamber of Commerce and the NFL Players Association (The Trust). 

In 2011 Cassius was appointed by the 44th President of the United States (Obama Administration) as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). It was with SBA where he managed five record-breaking years of lending within the eight southern states. He strategically managed and achieved over $30 billion dollars in small business lending during his appointment. Under the George W. Bush Administration, Cassius served as a Presidential Management Fellow within the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). He assisted in the establishment of HUD’s multimillion marketing procurement process and was named Branch Chief of the Real Estate Owned division during his tenure.

Cassius is a graduate of Morehouse College, Clark Atlanta University’s Graduate School of Public Administration, and Emory University’s Life Learning Institute where he received a Certificate in Grant Writing. He enjoys volunteering his time with several organizations such as Chairman of the Fort McPherson Local Redevelopment Authority, Board Advisor for the Morehouse College Department of Business and Economics, and the Georgia Department of Economic Development Board. He also serves on the PGA TOUR Championship Host Committee, National Black MBA Association Board, and the WellStar Health Systems-Research Review Board. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Cassius was raised in Orlando, FL, and currently resides in Atlanta, GA. He enjoys the creation of the multimedia podcast www.talktocassius.com which focuses on today’s business, sports, and entertainment topics. As Global Head of Sales Management/Wealth Development at HSBC, Malik renewed the company’s wealth business in 12 markets through a digital transformation program centered on client journeys that resulted in double-digit growth of client assets. Prior to that, he launched the wealth management proposition at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. He has also served as a Senior Executive at Permal, Merrill Lynch, and Citi. During his 7 years at Citi, he was the President of Citicorp Investment Services (US) and Head of Wealth Management (Asia), growing their franchises.

In 2017, out of his passion for leadership, Malik established K2 Leaders, his own consultancy firm. He also serves as an External Advisor to Bain and Co, a Senior Advisor to Singapore Consultancy and is the co-author of “Executive Certificate in Wealth Management”, a post-graduate certificate program with Zishi/University of Bath School of Management, UK (top 10 in UK). Malik is an Advisor and, along with his wife Najmi, a Development Partner of Acumen, a pioneering social impact organization. He is also active with Developments in Literacy, a non-profit that provides education to underprivileged girls in rural Pakistan. Malik, Najmi, their two daughters, and two sons are avid hikers and scuba divers, and live in NY, NY.

Spencer Holt is an award-winning educator, speaker, designer, executive coach, and regarded as one of the leading thinkers in the field of leadership, change, innovation and creating a culture of belonging & performance.

Spencer currently serves as Chief Experience and People Officer for Merlin Entertainments, the world’s second largest amusements company. He previously served as Chief Learning Officer at Global Leader Group. Prior to this, Dr. Holt was Head of the Commercial Learning and Innovation Centre for Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, and earlier was Director, Global Leader & Enterprise Development and Director, Global Commercial Academy with Astra Zeneca.
