Richard has amassed a significant record of achievement over his 30 years in Financial Services dedicating his career to sales management, leadership development, and coaching to empower leaders. Since serving in the Parachute Regiment within the British Army, which embedded his drive, discipline, and ability to execute, he has built a career path from being a top advisor to clients to being an award-winning sales manager at the Prudential. Leading to managing multiple sales teams and several senior positions at HSBC including Head of UK High Net Worth Banking.

Richard’s international experience spans over 16 markets covering the US, South America, Europe, Middle East, India, and Asia. This included serving as the Global Head of Sales Management at HSBC, developing thousands of leaders while driving wealth management, customer acquisition, initiating strategic change, and improving customer experience.

Richard was also responsible for pioneering and creating the Global Corporate Employee banking collaboration building a business consisting of over a million customers generating $1B revenue globally. This ignited Richard’s passion for Wellbeing leading to the creation of a global well-being program across markets, advancing into the development and deployment of Employee Engagement programs.

Richard resides in the UK in Hampshire and has four adult children. His interests include travel & culture, music, literature, and golf (playing off a handicap of six).

Jo has over 35 years of experience in Financial Services. Having worked in Kenya for the largest private Insurance company, Jo migrated to the UK in 1995 and worked in Direct Sales for Reliance Mutual as a Financial consultant before becoming a regional training manager. Jo then joined the British Medical Association (BMA) as an IFA providing financial services advice exclusively to members of the BMA.

In June 2001, Jo joined HSBC and undertook various roles in Business Development for Financial Services, Premier Banking, and leading teams across London. 

In 2010, Jo as the Deputy Head of Premier, coordinated the joining up of Retail and Commercial Banking, as a collaboration to secure more banking clients. This initiative started with 20 RMs and by January 2011, it grew to 130 RMs, delivering personal banking services to commercial customers from commercial centers.

In 2012, Jo took on a transformation role and was the lead for streamlining and reducing paper initiatives by migrating to digital channels. Jo delivered online statements and an e-documents portal that supported digitized documents that were created and presented on request, thereby saving on paper versions being posted to clients. This provided HSBC customers a safe personalized repository and the service continues to grow.

In 2017, Jo joined the HSBC group team and over 3 years developed the Employee Banking Collaboration between Global, Commercial and Retail Banking. Over this period the business grew from 5 countries to 16 countries, from 2.8m customers to 4.1m customers and the BDM population from 35 to 112, delivering international client acquisitions and domestic wealth business.

Jo holds an MBA from the Open University. He has been married for 23 years to Audrey and are parents to Rebecca and Richard. Jo is passionate about sports, music and spending time with his family and friends.

Nikki is a global leader of Customer centricity and insight programs with a proven track record of delivering transformational customer change within a global framework.

With over 30 years experience with financial services primarily American Express and HSBC both globally and within the UK, Nikki knows that customer and colleague engagement is key to organisational success.

Operating in a highly regulated technical and complex environment Nikki has diverse experience spanning Commercial, Wealth and Personal Banking which has allowed to take a single view of the customer to drive a Customer driven strategy. With expertise in proposition development, Customer metrics and brand analytics as well as leading an award winning Customer research strategy.

NIkki had led and coached dynamic teams and individuals across the world and has always been an advocate on sharing her experience and on a voluntary basis she works with young people starting out in life through Inspiring the future where she is an accredited coach and mentor as well as holding the role as Employability and Progression Mentor for the Princes Trust. She has a lifelong passion for working with individuals to unlock their potential by recognising their talents and working together to develop them.

Home is on the South coast where Nikki lives with her husband of 28 years and together they have a son and a very old rescue dog Roxy. Nikki loves the outdoors, pilates and walking and with the beach just on her doorstep she makes the most of the outdoors rain or shine.

Georgie is a Customer Experience practitioner and a value-driven leader with over 27 years of experience of leading in Sales and Service and Change Management globally for an international bank – more recently specializing in helping organizations with their customer experience strategy and customer journey management (CJM). In her last role as a global Customer Experience manager, and with a natural talent to think customer and people first, Georgie designed and pioneered Customer Journey Management across HSBC globally in Asia, Europe, and the Americas – working collaboratively with international clients to remove customer pain points, streamline customer journeys, reduced cost and increased customer advocacy.

Georgie’s best advice is “to achieve your goal you must first enable others to achieve theirs”, whether that’s your customers or your people. With a passion to help clients help themselves, and as well as co-creating & facilitating CJM workshops, Georgie trains businesses with a simple methodology that puts you in your customer's shoes to drive those all-important business decisions with both head and heart!

Her compassion to help others extends to her home life in the UK, volunteering to help the vulnerable and elderly and raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society. Being Mum to daughter Niamh, many ‘4’ legged friends, and partner to Gary, Georgie would also love to own an animal rescue farm one day – preferable for Donkeys, and by the coast due to her fascination with the unexpected beauty of the aquatic world and scuba diving shipwrecks!
